All items in this auction are available for shipping only, which will be arranged directly between the buyer and seller following the close of the auction. Local pickup will not be available. Items will be shipped from postal code L3R. For specific questions about an item, please use the Q&A feature on the lot page.

Please make sure you have read the terms of this auction before bidding. TERMS FOR THIS MAXSOLD SIGNATURE AUCTION ARE DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR AUCTIONS IN IMPORTANT WAYS.
Bidding Starts: April 23rd
Bidding Ends: May 7th
Extended Bidding: When a bid gets placed in the last two minutes of an auction, the end time extends for an extra two minutes until there are no bids on that lot.
Buyer’s Premium: There is an 18% Buyer’s Premium in effect for this auction.
Payment: Payment above $1,000 may not be automatically processed at auction close. If payment is not processed on closing payment must be made by wire or e-transfer and full payment is required within two (2) business days.
Final Sale: ALL LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Shipping: All Lots will be shipped unless mutually agreed to by the Buyer and Seller. The Seller will arrange shipment. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance. Insurance is mandatory and must cover the full hammer price. Risk transfers to the Buyer when the Lot is released to the shipping provider.
Additional Fees: May apply for shipping, insurance, or alternative arrangements.
