it is used but works perfect. may need a bit of cleaning to remove a couple of webs. the cover zips up over the umbrella when it is fully retracted, however the cover does not zip all the way up. Weighted plastic base is included but not in the picture where umbrella is open. if you look at image 4 you will see the 4 parts that make up the weighted base. This insures top stability in case its windy.

Very beautiful very elegant. Lots of detail in the characters. It plays music and the wise men move around the globe that is filled with the nativity scene featuring Mary Joseph and baby Jesus. 
 There are two figurines that are damaged but in my opinion you really wouldn&#39;t notice unless you looked closely. 
It&#39;s about 10&#34; wide and 10&#34; tall
