it is used but works perfect. may need a bit of cleaning to remove a couple of webs. the cover zips up over the umbrella when it is fully retracted, however the cover does not zip all the way up. Weighted plastic base is included but not in the picture where umbrella is open. if you look at image 4 you will see the 4 parts that make up the weighted base. This insures top stability in case its windy.

Hi there I think I'm answering the same person with this question. Unfortunately the way the questions come in it's not clear who sent them. The model name is on the box. If you type that in it'll bring you to I think an Amazon page I think it's marketed as a ATV winch and it's good for 3,000 lb.
