Hand numbered and titled, this lithograph was personally approved and hand initialed by A.J. Casson himself over a legally witnessed meeting. A.J. Casson (1898 - 1992) was a member of the world famous ”Group of Seven” Canadian artists. It's numbered 616 out of only 920 ever produced, and a copy of the appraisal certificate is included. This lithograph was created using the M. Bernard Loates' Bertone process which uses neither dots nor screens to produce this authentic reproduction. This is of the highest quality printing and paper. Mr. Casson is the only member of the ”Group of Seven” artists to personally initial any lithographs. Sheet size is 25 1/2" x 40 3/4" image size is 22 3/4" x 37 1/2" and the frame is 38" by 53" Certificate of Authenticity and Appraisal is from River Heights Publishing Inc. in Toronto, Ont.
