An exhibit at the Art Gallery of Hamilton celebrated this great Canadian fashion trailblazer, Milli Gould: see "Milli: A Celebration of Style April 13, 2019 - February 9, 2020" at AGH - I believe this particular dress is late 1970, early 1980's dress - Label reads “Milli Hamilton Canada” - One-piece dress with gathered waist and tie belt. - Chiffon overlay with satin lining - V-neck with invisible fasteners to wear as low or closed as you want - Loose sleeve with border and invisible fastener. - The dressmaking on this dress is incredible - Color & pattern: Turquoise/teal with green accents and white floral print - Size: Listed as 14, but that was decades ago and 'vanity sizing' seems to be a real thing.
