Three Books About Freemasonry 

Prior to their replacement by the English, Wales had its own laws, codified under the reign of Hywel Dda (Hywel the Good). He lived from 880 AD to 950 AD and reigned over most of what is now Wales from 942 to 950 AD. He brought scholars from the disparate part of his Kingdom to create a common code of laws for all the Kingdom. These became know as the Laws of Hywel Dda. They were known for general fairness (relative to the times) and included rights for women. They were only completely replaced in 1532 AD.
This rare scholarly book of the Laws of Hywel Dda is considered one of the most thorough studies of the Laws and their history.
&#34;Hywel Dda -- the Law&#34; by Dafydd Jenkins. Published by Gomer Press in 1986, this copy is from the third printing in 2000. In excellent condition, other than a small tear on the lower title page of dustcover.

Senate of Canada Tie and Cufflinks, an Association Tie 

A signed and numbered print in the Pacific Northwest First Nation-style by Marion Elswyth Hall. Numbered 4 of 9 and signed “Elswyth”. Marion Hall (1931 to 2019) was an artist and art teacher in the Toronto Public School system. This was likely created in the 1980s to demonstrate to her students the techniques used, with a limited number of copies made. Marion Hall was of Welsh Canadian background but, as a beloved teacher, she tried to expose her students to as many influences as possible. Many of her works drew upon her own Welsh heritage as she believed strongly in the influence of culture on creation.

Three framed under glass original photographs by Thomas Farmer. Farmer was a photographer active in the Montreal and Drummondville area in the first quarter of the 20th century or so. Some of his work is in the Musee McCord Stewart in Montreal.
These three photographs show rural tranquility in the Drummondville area. Each are titled and signed by Thomas Farmer. There is some water damage to the matting of the &#34;Evening on the River&#34; photograph but the photo itself is fine.
Two landscape-oriented photos are 9&#34;x7&#34; and in the frame are 14&#34;x16&#34;. The portrait-oriented photo is 7x9 and 16.5&#34;x12.5&#34; in the frame.
