Picking up your new treasures should be just as easy as bidding on them! For a smooth pickup experience, keep these tips in mind:
1. Double-check that you have everything from the lots you've won before you leave the pickup location.
2. For invoices over $300, you will need to show a photo ID and credit card used for purchase for verification.
3. If you have any questions at pickup you can always ask our Maxsold Team Lead or the Seller managing the pickup.

Shipping Policy
Although we do not personally ship items won, many of our buyers utilize our local UPS Shipping service for pick up, packing and shipping.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!
Below outlines the process for UPS shipping:
- You must use our local UPS store. Here is the contact information:Your Team at the UPS Store 5257 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick, MD 21704. Phone 301-620-8825. Fax 301-620-8821. Web: https://www.theupsstore.com/5681. Email: [email protected]
- Let The UPS store know the following address for pick up of your items at Graceful Transitions: 6900 English Muffin Way, Suite E, Frederick, MD 21703 (around back by the bay doors)
- Items must be picked up by UPS between the hours of 9am and 3pm on pick up day
- The following steps must be completed by the morning of the pick up date for the auction in which you purchased the items:
-make arrangements with UPS for the following services:PICK UP, PACKING and SHIPPING. You must utilize all 3 services in order for your item to be shipped without issue. NO PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS!
-The following documentation is required:
*Print out your invoice from Maxsold and sign it. Take a photo.
*Take a photo of your valid Driver's License (address must match the Maxsold invoice)
Both photos need emailed to The UPS Store at [email protected] and to Graceful Transitions at [email protected]
If you fail to provide the required documentation to either UPS or Graceful Transitions, your items will not be released on this day to UPS

Policies for Pickup
Pickup time windows are fixed and limited. You will be required to select a pickup window prior to the auction pickup. Please be sure to select a time slot that you are certain you will be able to attend. Alternate pickup times may or may not be accommodated and if accommodated may result in additional fees.
Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
MaxSold does not arrange shipping; however, you can make your own arrangements at your own risk.
Current bids cannot be changed or removed once submitted and each one is a promise that you will honour the bid and all the terms.
